These Terms govern your use of the UFOlee software application and website ("Service"), operated by UFOlee Technologies ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service & Technical Architecture

UFOlee is a lightweight native Win32 developer productivity utility, real-time desktop teleprompter, and coding assistance software for Windows 10 and Windows 11. The application operates via non-activating overlay window primitives (WS_EX_NOACTIVATE), compositor display exclusion (SetWindowDisplayAffinity), and native operating system keyboard event simulation (SendInput / low-level input automation) to assist developers with real-time algorithm reference, mock interview simulation, accessibility enhancement, and developer workflow automation. The user retains complete and unilateral control over when and how the utility is executed on their hardware.

2. User Accounts & Security

You must provide a valid email address during account registration. Each account is for single-user personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use, User Warranty & Educational Purpose

UFOlee is provided strictly as an educational study, mock interview preparation, and developer productivity utility. By downloading, installing, or executing the software, you expressly represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You will use the software exclusively for lawful educational preparation, mock interview practice, accessibility assistance, and personal skill development;
• You will not use the software in violation of any institutional code, workplace policy, third-party software terms, or contract to which you are bound;
• You assume full, independent legal and ethical responsibility for ensuring that your execution of the software complies with all rules, terms, and guidelines of any third-party software, employer, or platform;
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or redistribute the proprietary binary kernel of UFOlee.

Independent User Responsibility: UFOlee is supplied as a general-purpose software utility. We expressly disclaim any liability for adverse outcomes, disciplinary actions, or account terminations imposed by third-party platforms, organizations, or employers arising from your deployment of the software.

4. Billing, Pricing & Pro Passes

UFOlee provides a free tier with complimentary initial prompts. Paid Pro access is available via one-time top-up passes (15-Day Pass, 30-Day Pass, or 1-Year VIP Pass) processed securely through certified payment gateways including Razorpay and PayPal. All passes are one-time purchases with zero recurring subscriptions and zero automatic auto-debit. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by certified payment processors; we never store or process raw credit card or banking numbers.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy

Access to Pro features and license activation keys is delivered electronically and instantaneously upon successful payment verification. Because a free version is provided to test the software on your system before purchase, all Pro top-up sales are final and non-refundable (except for accidental duplicate transactions, which are refunded as the net amount received minus non-refundable payment gateway transaction charges and bank processing fees to the original source within 5–7 business days). 6. Third-Party AI Models & Infrastructure

UFOlee integrates with third-party generative AI endpoints (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek) and utilizes cloud infrastructure (such as Cloudflare). We act solely as a desktop client interface. The availability, speed, token limits, and output accuracy of external AI services remain subject to their respective terms and operational uptime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UFOLEE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability & Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UFOLEE, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, EVALUATION OUTCOMES, DATA LOSS, HARDWARE INTERRUPTION, OR THIRD-PARTY TERMS VIOLATIONS. IN ALL EVENTS, UFOLEE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO UFOLEE IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Dispute Resolution & Binding Individual Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration rules. You hereby irrevocably waive any right to initiate or participate in a class-action lawsuit, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding against UFOlee.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in India.
